Switchyard Router is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by these terms.
What you are buying
A one-time license to use the app. The app is a routing client: it does not include, sell or operate any servers or network service.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the servers you connect to and for complying with the laws of your country and the terms of your network and server providers. Do not use the app to access systems or content you are not authorised to access.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
